March 30, 2009 – Irving, TX – H.D. Vest Advisor Gus Petsas was featured in the article “Adviser's philanthropy takes surprising turn” in InvestmentNews on March 29. Petsas shared how he puts his planning skills to use at the Bay Area Rescue Mission in Richmond, California. 

At this year’s H.D. Vest National Conference in Fort Worth, Petsas will be recognized during the opening session for his community involvement. Advisors will also hear from Ron Hall and Denver Moore, the authors of “Same Kind of Different as Me.” They will share their inspiring story and the importance of giving back through community service.
